I started this site a few months ago, but its not until recently that it’s properly taken shape and I’ve finally shared it with a few more people. The response so far has been wonderful. To celebrate, I’ve decided to start a little tradition over here at Foxtail and Finch. This is the first Sunday Edit, a summary of all my favourite finds during the week. I’m bowled over by so many incredible creators, designers, spaces, businesses, events and exhibitions, and it’s nearly impossible to feature them all. So here are some of this week’s favourites:
Founded by artists Danielle Kroll, Bev Beaulieu and Wade Keller as a way to encourage creative freedom and experimentation. Beech Hall is a unique online boutique, selling hand-made and one of a kind items, including homewares, ceramics, accessories and jewellery.
I’ve been an avid follower of Yossy’s gorgeous blog Apt. 2b Baking Co. for ages, and constantly find myself salivating over her perfectly formed crusty fruit pies. Thankfully her new book Sweeter off the Vine: Fruit Desserts for Every Season is out on 22nd March and available for pre-order on Amazon.
Mei opened her etsy shop, Vice & Velvet in April 2012, but had a passion for making soaps years before it’s inception. She blends oils, butters and scents to create her vegan products, which include exfoliating body polish, cleansing body whip, moisturizing body mousse and an array of bar soaps. Mei runs her operations from her one-bedroom apartment in Melbourne, Australia. She also sells her beautiful products directly from her website.
My Domaine’s Tour of this awesome Ibiza home gave me some major house envy! I love it’s rustic charm and incredible sea views.
Thanks for reading the first of many Sunday Edits with all my favourite finds from the week! I just want to re-iterate that I only feature products and designers that I genuinely love, and this post is not sponsored.
